All sales are final. However, MURPHYS WOW, LLC will allow customers to exchange items. You can return an item for exchange within 30 days (less the shipping / handling fees). Just make sure all the items returned for exchange is in the condition that you received them in. Any item that has been used, worn, laundered or damaged by the customer may not be returned for exchange. If you are unsure if your product is returnable for exchange, please feel free to contact us via email.

Items Will Not Be Eligible for Exchange or Refund If:

*Item was refused upon delivery.

*An incorrect address was provided by the customer.

*Item was used or damaged by the customer.

Defective Items

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us by email immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items items will be shipped the same method as the original order.

Processing

Returns are normally processed within 2-4 weeks after we received the items. If you feel as though your return is not being processed within a reasonable amount of time, then give us a call.
